I’m a facilitator and change practitioner who believes real change happens when people feel it, not just hear about it. I bring 15+ years of organisational change experience into every room I facilitate, which means I understand what’s actually at stake, not just what’s on the agenda.

I create the conditions where people connect, think clearly, and leave with fire in their belly. Whether it’s a leadership offsite, a team in resistance, or a room full of engineers, I get people moving.
