I help people navigate change – together.

With a diverse background in sales, communication and marketing research, I bring a human-centred, practical and data-informed approach to change. My work is grounded in empathy but backed by evidence – so teams can move forward with both clarity and confidence.

Whether I’m consulting on large-scale transformations or coaching job share partners, my purpose is the same:
to unite teams through change.

Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of industries – from FMCG and pharmaceuticals to government agencies – helping organisations adapt and evolve in times of uncertainty. I bring cross-sector experience and a collaborative mindset to every engagement.

As co-founder of Gemini3, I helped lead the conversation on flexible work in Australia:

• Co-authoring job share white papers

• Designing and launching the first job share matching platform – implemented in government
  That work gave me deep insight into designing for scale, building tech solutions, and navigating complex organisational change – all of which now inform my consulting in digital transformation and future-of-work strategy.

I work flexibly through a portfolio career, combining fractional change roles, coaching, facilitation and content creation. I believe in work-life integration, and I support others to achieve it too – whether they’re navigating personal transitions or systemic ones.
